What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

AED 15 for general orders.

Any purchases above AED 250 will be shipped excluding delivery charges.

What are the mode for ordering goods?

You can select and order goods thru our webpage, message us in Facebook or Whatsapp for any support towards your purchase.

Our support staff will answer your queries and confirm your booking.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Cash On Delivery (COD).

As we believe in customer satisfaction payment will be collected after customer has received goods in hand.

How long will delivery take?

We deliver goods anywhere within UAE.

For Dubai & Sharjah ordered goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days excluding public holidays. For Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman & Umm Al Quain our logistics will deliver the goods within 3-4 working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Be Worry Free. As your personal data is never shared with anyone. Neither your bank details is been asked at any point as we maintain CASH ON DELIVERY for all your purchases.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After order receipt our sales team will re-confirm the same.

Then our warehouse will do needful to pack and ship and your order via courier.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive AIRWAY BILL which will be treated as invoice with description of purchased goods and total value.
